Mort Walker Tribute and the 76th Anniversary Celebration of Camp Crowder

On April 12, 2018, Crowder College paid tribute for the creator of Beetle Bailey, Mort Walker. Crowder College also celebrated the 76th Anniversary of Camp Crowder, which was dedicated on April 12, 1942. Speakers included Cindy Brown, Public Information at Crowder College; Keith Zoromski, Social Sciences Division Chair; Cindy Branscum, former Director of the Crowder College Foundation; Rodney Becholdt, leader of Boy Scout Troop 34; and Kay Hively, author of Red, Hot, and Dusty.
